McDonald's (Franchise) is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Manager for our restaurant located in Summerton, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.
• Help assigned Departments meet their targets.
