Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Strongsville, OH invites a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with team coaching to keep service smooth.

You will need prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, be at least 18, and bring strong guest service and time-management skills to ensure a fast, friendly Dunkin’ experience for every guest.
