Steak 'n Shake Bellefontaine is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will ensure strong openings and closings and set the tone for the shift by mentoring the team for success, delivering fast, friendly, accurate service, and upholding brand standards.
