Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis, provide support to the management team, and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests receive legendary service.

You should bring 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, be able to serve alcohol where permitted, and demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience are preferred.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to fuel moments worth sharing and provide strong guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team with coaching and supporting team members.
• Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and guests have a legendary experience.
