McDonald's franchise in Indiana is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald's standards.

You will plan shifts, supervise crew, manage inventory, and focus on food safety, quality, and guest experience while working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but it is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth shift transition. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and assisting their assigned departments in meeting goals.
