McDonald’s franchise needs a proactive Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on every shift. You’ll ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, uphold food safety, and manage daily operations including inventory and scheduling. Strong leadership and customer-service orientation are essential.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a high-volume setting.

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Qualifications & Experience
