Job summary

The Wendy’s Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Skokie, IL to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold Wendy’s standards for service and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth shift execution.

Pay Range: $16.80 - $21.27 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you\’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
