Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Cicero, IL to lead daily restaurant operations and grow a high-performing team. You will drive customer service excellence, uphold food safety standards, and model Wendy's Way procedures during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide restaurant staff to deliver quality service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety guidelines, and cleanliness.
• Oversee daily shift operations, coordinate training and onboarding of team members.
• Stand and move for a majority of shifts and operate restaurant equipment as needed.

Pay Range: $16.80 - $21.27 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you\’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
