Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Dartmouth, MA to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members and uphold Wendy's standards for service, quality and safety.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety practices, and guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service during your shift.

Pay Range: $17.90 - $21.48 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
