Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis, guiding staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will support the management team, coach team members, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, time management, and attention to detail to maintain high service standards and drive teamwork across shifts at our Sedalia location.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Support and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests have a memorable experience.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
