Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Franklin, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to coach team members to deliver efficient service and memorable guest experiences.

You should have at least 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, be of legal age to serve alcohol where required, and bring strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills to the role. The team offers growth opportunities and a supportive, fast-paced environment.

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
