Buffalo Wild Wings in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

You will help create legendary guest experiences, manage workflows, and uphold standards. Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience and the ability to serve alcohol where permitted.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol where permitted by law.
• Strong guest service focus with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
• Support management to maintain guest satisfaction and smooth service.
