Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Clarita is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach teammates, and help ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will open and close procedures, handle cash, monitor daily reporting, and support cake decoration, production, and customer service. We value leadership, reliability, and a positive, team-driven culture with opportunities for growth.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
