Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead to deliver world-class customer service and execute fast, accurate sandwiches while upholding sanitation standards. You will greet guests, take orders, manage the register, and assist with delivery tickets within a 5-mile radius.

You will slice meats and prep ingredients in-house daily, ensure cleanliness, follow dress code, and lead shifts with a positive, energetic approach. Made with love since 1983, Jimmy Fresh!

Qualifications

• Provide world-class customer service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow uniform and hygiene guidelines.
• Execute sandwich assembly with speed and accuracy while adhering to recipes.

Responsibilities

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Deliver orders to guests within a 5 mile radius of the store.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments.
• Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets.
• Open and close shifts.
