Jimmy John’s in Cartersville, GA is hiring a Shift Lead to deliver world-class customer service and oversee fast, accurate sandwich production while upholding sanitation standards.

You will greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, handle deliveries within a 5 mile radius, and lead day or night shifts with a positive, energetic attitude. Full-time or part-time roles with flexible schedules and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-food or retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a POS.
• Basic food safety awareness and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures.
• Must pass sandwich tests at end of onboarding and future tests.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and facilities.
• Delivers orders to guests within a 5 mile radius.
• Greets customers, takes orders, runs the cash register and makes change.
• Offers genuine greetings and farewells to guests.
• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Keeps records and procedures accurate and in good standing.
• Maintains a professional appearance per dress code and shows enthusiasm.
• Performs other related duties and opens/closes shifts.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s! A Jimmy John's Shift Lead is responsible for providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
• Must be able to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms etc.
• Deliver orders to guests in a 5 mile radius of the store.
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customer and makes change
• Executes genuine greetings and farewells
• Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Performs other related duties as required
• Open and closes shifts
