Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a friendly, fast and accurate team member to welcome customers and handle in-store transactions. You will assist in preparing sandwiches to exact specs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role includes taking phone orders and delivering exceptional guest experiences, with ongoing training and tests to ensure quality. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, with basic computer and register skills, and able to lift 30–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean store and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Pass a sandwich test after two weeks and at future testing times.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and dress code.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s! In- shop employees are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. They must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Jimmy John’s. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less.
