Job summary

Niemann Foods, Inc. is seeking a motivated store associate to support Store Management in delivering Genuine Customer Care and maximizing sales through merchandising, inventory, expense control, and safety compliance.

The role supervises 3–4 associates, ensures quick, friendly service at the front end, builds displays, and enforces store policies. High school diploma or GED and hardware product knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY

To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages 3-4 Associates in the store.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess product knowledge of hardware related products
