McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a franchisee-operated restaurant in Virginia. You will lead shifts, oversee crew and other managers, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and train crew; ensure coverage and workload balance.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include:

Qualifications
