Papa John’s in Ponchatoula, LA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring quality products, customer service, and strong team performance. Lead by example, uphold policies, and ensure safety standards while keeping profits.

This role requires QSR experience and strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, POS familiarity, and ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
