Job summary

Papa John's in Centerville, GA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products and exceptional customer service while building a strong team.

You will lead by example, uphold company policies, and help maintain safety, cleanliness and profitability in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and team leadership are essential, with at least 1 year in QSR and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Able to meet physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
