Requirements:

1. Previous leadership experience
2. Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
3. Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
4. Knowledge of cash handling procedures
5. The ability to empower and mentor Tribe
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
7. Must learn to cross-train in all positions
8. Must get a manager food handlers certification upon hire
9. Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
