What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages Inventory

Carrols ensures you are an important part of customers having it their way! The main responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, keeps customers satisfied, and maintains high standards. They lead their team, inspire staff, resolve issues, and handle organizational, communication, and developmental tasks. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Additional duties include completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits. Shift Supervisors lead daily shifts and close the store at day’s end.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team

Physical Demands

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
• Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Remaining on your feet for several hours
