Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring tasks are executed smoothly and guest experiences meet our legendary standards.

You will support and coach team members, uphold quality and safety standards, and contribute to a dynamic workplace that rewards performance with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are at the minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team in providing support and coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.
