Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager in Selinsgrove, PA to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team with coaching team members for effective task execution.

You will help create legendary guest experiences, manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment, train new staff, monitor quality, and uphold our service standards while fostering teamwork. Buffalo Wild Wings is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (as required by law).
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities
