Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

You will focus on time management, guest service, and attention to detail while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team with staff coaching and task delegation.
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively to create legendary guest experiences.
