Requirements

Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, profitability, and communication with the next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts. They may also meet targets and assist departments in achieving goals.
