Houchens Food Group is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly guest service. The role emphasizes empowering decisions to enhance guest and associate satisfaction and supports management in maintaining quality, service, and sanitation standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and supervisory experience, with a flexible schedule and on-site work environment.

The Shift Manager will display exemplary professional and positive attitudes at all times. The Shift Manager is expected to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly help expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. Shift Manager’s assist the management team in meeting Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.
