Job summary

Subway in Oak Harbor, Ohio is seeking enthusiastic Team Members who will focus on providing excellent guest experiences and ensuring that great food is prepared and served. You will help keep the restaurant functional, clean, and beautiful, control inventory, and supervise staff.

Overview

As part of the Subway Team, you will focus on six main areas:

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
• Controlling inventory
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Being a team player

In addition to the role of a typical Sandwich Artist, key parts of your day to day will include:

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Practicing inventory control standards
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
• Completing paperwork as needed

Essential Functions

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate a computerized point‑of‑sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities.
