McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to join our local franchise-owned restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee crew scheduling, lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensure food safety and cleanliness meet McDonald’s standards.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules
