As a Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Operating the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspiring and guiding staff
• Completing daily paperwork to record the restaurant's success
• Managing inventory

The ultimate goal is to ensure the store runs smoothly, customers are satisfied, and the team is motivated. The Shift Supervisor leads daily shifts, manages organizational tasks, and ensures excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to count money accurately, carry up to 40 pounds, and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Read and write in English
