Harri is seeking a Shift Manager for Steak ’n Shake in the United States. This role leads daily restaurant operations, drives high service standards, and ensures safety and cleanliness across shifts.

You will mentor staff, manage opening/closing, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service and strong guest experiences. Eligible applicants must have US work authorization and a high school diploma.

• Prior supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lead daily restaurant operations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
