Steak ’n Shake Raab Rd Normal is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will ensure smooth openings/closings, coach the team, and deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, a servant-leadership mindset, and strong communication skills. Flexible availability, US work authorization, and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required for this full-time role at our Normal, IL

• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
