Personal Requirements, Skills, And Abilities

• Some high school courses preferred.
• Must be clean, neat and well groomed.
• Thorough knowledge of kitchen food preparation, register equipment operation, and crew employment procedures.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with fellow employees and customers.
• Good hearing and vision to work with customers, employees, and operate equipment safely.
• Honest, assertive, and well-mannered.
• Ability to follow instructions, read recipes, and pay attention to detail.
• Capable of coping with pressure and remaining calm.
• Team player, able to perform duties with minimal disruption.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of shift.
• Manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work during rush periods.
