Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts, meeting Charter Foods standards, and maintaining brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by motivating your team, seeking help when needed, and guiding others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly and maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and place it in an outside bin
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
