Job summary

Papa John's in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, excellent customer service, and strong team performance across all station roles.

You will lead by example, enforce company policies, assist with training, maintain safety and profitability, and ensure smooth activity during peak hours; requirements include 1 year in QSR, a High School Diploma or GED, POS familiarity, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
