Job summary

Panera Bread Mooresville is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, greet guests, and uphold our service standards. Availability for a full schedule is preferred, including open or close shifts.

You will supervise a team, train staff, enforce policies, and ensure health and food safety while delivering a warm, consistent guest experience. Growth opportunities are available, including leadership development and performance-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years prior management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Requirements for the Shift Manager Position include:

• Must have 1+years prior management experience
