Job summary

Panera Bread Mooresville is hiring Shift Managers/openers. Availability for full schedule is best, but you must be able to work the open or close shift. You will lead a team, deliver outstanding guest service, and help grow the bakery-café's community presence.

As part of Panera, you’ll supervise operations, ensure health and safety, train assistants, and uphold our Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust values. Full-time and part-time options with competitive pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to pass background check.
• Able to work 20–40 hours per week.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead and mentor the team; model Panera culture.
• Enforce policies; communicate expectations to associates.
• Run opening, mid, and closing shifts for a positive experience.

Requirements for the Shift Manager Position include:

• Must have 1+years prior management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 20-40 hours a week.
