Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in a part-time role. Shifts run from roughly 5 am to 3 pm, with 4–8 hour increments and closures by 3 pm. Expect a friendly, fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will lead guest interactions at the register and sandwich station, uphold food safety, and maintain a neat appearance while promoting teamwork and AWESOMENESS.

Salary Range: $16-$17 per hour

Position Overview

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Manager, you'll enjoy a fun, friendly environment with opportunities to grow. Shifts are available in 4-to-8-hour increments, closing by 3 pm daily. The position is part-time, covering shifts from approximately 5 am to 3 pm.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in an upbeat fashion on the register or sandwich station
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and honest
• Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and 'Awesomeness'
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions

Job starting at $16.00 per hour.

Employees receive additional $1-$5 per hour from the tip pool and a free meal every shift.
