Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Franklin, TN is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You'll work on the register or sandwich station, deliver excellent guest service, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment during morning shifts.

Shifts run 4–8 hours between 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., with a closing at 3 p.m.; you will earn a base wage of $15 per hour plus a tip pool of $1–$5 per hour and a free meal each shift.

Position Overview

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Team Member, you'll work in a fun, friendly environment with opportunities for growth. Shifts are available in four- to eight-hour increments, typically between 5 a.m. and 3 p.m. The store closes at 3 p.m. and we do not use grease, so you won't get a stinky coat.

The Einstein Bros. Bagels Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation

Job starting at $15.00/hour. Employees will receive an additional $1-$5 per hour from our tip pool and a free meal every shift.
