Position Overview

As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Assistant Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of working in a fun, friendly environment with the ability to grow. Shifts are available from 5-8 hour increments. NO GREASE in the store so you do not go home smelly. We also close by 3pm daily so you get your evening fun.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job starting at $17.00/hour! Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in an up‑beat fashion on the register or sandwich station
• Able to help open and close a store as a key holder
• Have previous quick service restaurant experience
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Help assist and train team members with patience
