Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager in Ohio to lead team operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety standards. You will train staff, manage daily restaurant functions, and support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range: $15.55 - $21.75 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you're proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
