Job summary

Papa John's in Macon, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during their shift, ensuring quality products, great customer service, and strong team performance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with POS systems. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
