Job summary

Papa John's is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, great customer service, and a strong team performance.

You will lead by example, enforce policies, and help maintain safety and profitability while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work during open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
