A prominent fast-food franchise seeks a Shift Manager to lead crew members while ensuring exceptional service and food quality. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, monitoring compliance with food safety regulations, and providing on-the-job training. Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant or supervisory experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position does not include direct supervision of other employees, however Shift Managers do monitor tasks performed by crew team members to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) as well as execute established cost control systems including proper food prep amounts, procedure execution, and bin chart usage to minimize food cost. Shift managers may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures.
