Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts and lead team members to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will have full accountability for operations when management is not present, requiring strong leadership and operational focus.

The ideal candidate will coach and develop staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and work with leadership to meet service and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures; stand for 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations during shifts.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory controls, and daily restaurant performance.
• Train and coach team members; implement restaurant policies and procedures.
• Work with management to achieve service, operations, and financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and safety standards.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts. As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.
