Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction during assigned shifts. You will be accountable for restaurant performance when management is not present and lead a motivated team.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing cash controls, and using AES systems to run smooth shifts. Strong leadership and a passion for service are essential for success in this role.

What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts. As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.

Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
