Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Lebanon, Tennessee location. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service and food quality, and support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in training and supervision.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and compliance with background checks. Strong communication in English is beneficial for customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (or legally allowed to work).
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for some stations.
