Job summary

McHire is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in Las Vegas. You’ll manage crew scheduling, supervise food safety and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll mentor team members, monitor safety and inventory, and support training and advancement opportunities. This franchisee’s role is the employer; McDonald’s USA has no involvement.
