Great Lakes Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive work culture. You’ll supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure quality and safety across all guest interactions.

The role focuses on developing leadership skills, driving performance, and preparing for future growth within the restaurant.
