Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods in Lake Havasu City, AZ, is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts independently and uphold culture, excellence, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a restaurant team, solve problems, and uphold food safety and service standards on a daily basis.

You will collaborate with the RGM and management to deliver fast, accurate service, coach Team Members, and ensure positive guest relations while maintaining schedules and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers, clean, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work and availability for shifts.
